February is Jewish Disability Awareness Month, a time devoted to raising awareness and fostering inclusiveness for people with disabilities. Our religion emphasizes that we must neither separate ourselves from our community nor force others to do so. While inclusion should be a constant and consistent goal, this month highlights its importance.
Saturday’s service will begin at 9:30 AM at Temple Emunah, 9 Piper Rd., Lexington.
Justice Bernstein is in town for the ReelAbilities Boston Film Festival (www.reelboston.org) and he will be speaking at their opening night on February 23 at Emerson College at 6:30 PM.+ More... - Less...
