Cantor-Plex Film Festival

This year’s theme is “Reel and Spill: Satire and Farce in Jewish Film.” The festival begins with a screening of “To Be or Not To Be” (1942), directed by Ernst Lubitsch. Join Cantor Michael McCloskey, Temple Emeth’s Cantor-Educator, and Ray Feller for popcorn, movie candy and a post-film discussion. Cantor-Plex continues on December 5 with a screening of “Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb”(1954), directed and written by Stanley Kubrick.
