Celebrate Chanukah with Havurah on the Hill. Boston-based Jewish a cappella group Honorable Menschen returns to help us usher in the holiday season.
Founded in 1997, Honorable Menschen is Boston’s premiere post-collegiate Jewish a cappella group, widely acclaimed for its unique blend of Jewish, Israeli, and world musical repertoire. Havurah on the Hill is a non-denominational, egalitarian minyan for Jews in their 20s and 30s in the Boston area. HOH meets at the Vilna Shul in Beacon Hill, one of the last remaining synagogues from the early 20th century wave of Jewish immigration and hosts monthly Kabbalat Shabbat services as well as other special holiday celebrations throughout the year.+ More... - Less...
