How do you like YOUR matzah brei—sweet or savory? Traditional or with a little “zing”? You be the judge of which of our clergy makes the most classically delicious or surprisingly enjoyable matzah brei.
Join us onsite for our annual Matzah Brei Cook-Off, followed by our Passover festival service and Torah study at 10:15 a.m. (onsite and online).
Schedule:
9:30-10 a.m. (onsite only): Clergy Matzah Brei Cook-Off: Our very own Temple Israel clergy will prepare and present four dishes for everyone to taste test and vote for the winner of the annual cook-off trophy!
10:15-11:30 a.m. (onsite and online): Celebrate the first day of Passover with a joyous festival service, led by the Temple Israel clergy.
