Temple Emeth’s “Drop Out(side), Do Good” program will have its next pickup in the South Brookline, Chestnut Hill and Newton neighborhoods with prior sign-up.
Drop Out(side) was the idea of Nathan Tworetzky, a Temple Emeth member and student at Brookline High School and Prozdor at Hebrew College. He volunteered to pick up food and supplies from the doorsteps of local homes and deliver them to the Brookline Food Pantry (BFP).
The BFP needs assistance and donations in this difficult time of COVID-19. Although all donations of unexpired food are appreciated, the BFP is in particular need of rice, cereal, macaroni and cheese, oatmeal, lentils, formula, baby food and diapers.+ More... - Less...
