The Israel Action Committee of Temple Emanuel presents “Global Antisemitism, Jewish Dignity and Academic Integrity on the American Campus” with Dr. Charles Asher Small, Executive Director, Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP).

Leading scholar Dr. Charles Asher Small comes to us fresh from fall lectures at universities in Vienna, Kiev and Moscow. Dr. Small is the author of numerous books and articles, including “Global Antisemitism: A Crisis of Modernity,” and is the founder of ISGAP and the ISGAP-Oxford Summer Institute, which develops academic programming for universities worldwide. He is a Visiting Professor at the Moshe Dayan Center, Tel Aviv University.

ISGAP traces and counteracts the distorting influence of global antisemitism on the treatment of Israel and the Jewish people on campus. It trains professors, seeds universities worldwide with courses, lectures and seminars, publishes groundbreaking research and consults with international policymakers.
