Looking for a local religious and Hebrew school? Check out the events at Temple Beth David of the South Shore’s kickoff weekend.
TBD religious and Hebrew school starts this weekend! Pre-K monthly classes, and K-7th grade weekly Sundays-only classes.
Temple Beth David of the South Shore, 1060 Randolph St., Canton, will start Sept. 9-10, and welcomes registered, as well as any interested, families to share in the programming.
Join Rabbi David Winship as we start the school year on Saturday evening, Sept. 9 at 5:45 p.m., for pre-schoolers and their families with a PJ Tot Shabbat Service.
Then join together with K-7th graders and their families for Havdallah and FIRE SPINNING (that’s right, a fire-spinning performance!) at 6 p.m.
You can find the whole schedule at the bottom of this message. The students and families will camp out at the shul. The next morning will be the first day of religious school. They will spend a little bit of time that morning in classrooms, meeting teachers, but the majority of the day will be spent together as a whole school, getting to know each other and having some fun running around the garden.
