How Israel Became a World Leader in Humanitarian Relief

When disaster strikes, IsraAID is there. IsraAID provides disaster relief and long-term humanitarian aid throughout the world. This Israel-based non-profit NGO has helped over 1 million people; responded to crises in 39 countries; mobilized over 850 staff, volunteers and professionals; and distributed over 1,000 tons of relief and medical supplies.

Hear from Co-CEO Yotam Polizer about IsraAID. Yotam Polizer joined IsraAID following the 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan, where he served as Japan Country Director for three years. Following two years as Asia Regional Director, Yotam is now the Co-Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all of IsraAID’s fundraising and strategic partnerships around the world.
