Steve Ross endured the horrors of concentration camps as a child in Poland, and was later liberated at Dachau by a U.S. soldier who showed him kindness. He devoted the rest of his life to counseling at-risk youth and founded the iconic New England Holocaust Memorial in Boston, while searching for his liberator.
