In a little twist on the “paint night” concept, this workshop series will also offer a couple of daytime options to accommodate different scheduling preferences.

Our first painting workshop last spring was a great success! For some it was an exciting first experience and for others, an opportunity to flex more art skills. For everyone, it was fun, creative and affirming to bring home an original piece of art.

Each workshop will explore art by Jewish artists who reflect themes of ritual, season, holidays, identity, and culture in their work. Not only will participants create personal interpretations of the art, but in the process will deepen their understanding of why art has always been and will always be a powerful vehicle for human expression and experience.

All supplies provided. Bring a smock or wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on.
