Jewish Family Services Healthy Aging presents “Boost Your Brain Health.” The award-winning Brain Healthy Cooking program, largely based on the Mediterranean diet, offers seniors delicious taste-tested, brain-healthy choices every day. The program outlines the important role played by diet in the cause, prevention and management of Alzheimer’s disease.

The program will be presented by Michael Schaus, executive director of Cornerstone at Canton. Each participant will receive samples and a Brain Healthy Nutrition Kit. A kosher-style lunch will be available.

To register, contact Karen Reitzi at 508-875-3100 ext. 480 or kreitzi@jfsmw.org.
