Come join Rabbi David for a look into the narratives surrounding the many conflicts that have filled Israel’s short history. We will meet each Thursday and ask that students bring a dairy lunch (if they wish) and an open mind ready to explore.

We will dive deeply into topics ranging from Israel’s War of Independence, struggles with its neighbors, the issues surrounding settlements and hopes for a lasting peace deal. Our goal is to expose ourselves to texts and ideas we haven’t seen before and to wrestle with them. We hope you will join us and leave with a new perspective and appreciation for the many narratives that feed into and come out of this ongoing conflict.
