Now more than ever, we need to give ourselves time and space to relax and reflect. Join Sarah Langer, certified mindfulness and well-being coach, to practice mindfulness through meditation, gratitude and ritual.

Participants will need: wine or grape juice, a salad with a minimum of three ingredients (i.e. greens, a veggie, dressing), a “dessert” (can be anything fun/special, like fruit, ice cream, cookie, etc.). Optional: candle, challah/bread.
