Author Sharon Hart-Green will speak about the rise of modern Jewish literature out of the Yiddish tradition. She received her Ph.D. in Judaic studies from Brandeis University and has taught Hebrew and Yiddish literature at the University of Toronto. She recently published her debut novel, “Come Back For Me,” a gripping story about the lingering effects of the Holocaust on two families—one in Europe, the other in Canada
