The Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton will offer H2Oh Baby!, a mom and baby aqua class on Sundays, May 4-June 15 from 4:30-5:15pm. Participants will exercise in the water with their baby at their side in this challenging, 45-minute workout. Moms focus on aerobic conditioning and muscle strengthening while babies have fun floating (flotation seats are provided). Geared for babies 15 pounds to 24 months. Baby should be able to hold head up on his/her own. Pregnant moms are also invited. Classes will be taught by Oh Baby! Fitness staff. Cost is $90 for six sessions. Register at ohbabyfitness.com.
