In the Hebrew calendar, we’re in the midst of a leap year—so join us as we welcome the second lunar month of Adar! We’ll mark the transition with ritual and song, shared stories and laughter, as we build upon the joy that started to increase during Adar 1 and add to it the playful, mask-wearing upside-down flavor of Purim.
We’ll gather on Zoom. Bring a candle to light for our Rosh Chodesh ritual, and you’re welcome to bring a snack or beverage to enjoy during our time together. A journal or something to write on, and things to write or draw with might also come in handy.
If you’d like to be added to the New Moon Circle email list and automatically get an invite each month, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
New Moon Circle is Asiyah’s intergenerational Rosh Chodesh circle for anyone who identifies as a woman or nonbinary.+ More... - Less...
