Are you looking for a different way to connect with your Jewish heritage and celebrate Shabbat? Join Rabbi Katy Allen and Gabi Mezger of Ma’yan Tikvah – A Wellspring of Hope as they celebrate Shabbat while also connecting with the world around us in an outdoor service.
The morning will begin outdoors, exploring on the grounds of the Upper Mill Brook Conservation land’s wooded paths and streams. Enjoy the stillness of the season while connecting with the group through singing, meditation, prayers and a Torah discussion. The Torah discussion with take place indoors, in the Peace Lutheran Church.
All are welcome and you may find a peace and connection with Shabbat and Judaism you haven’t found in more traditional services.
