All are welcome to join Rabbi Katy Z. Allen of Ma’yan Tikvah – A Wellspring of Hope as she offers a unique way to celebrate Shabbat through a connection with nature and the world around us.

Rabbi Katy and Gabi Mezger of Ma’yan Tikvah will lead this service as we explore a new trail within Pod Meadow’s 32-acre conservation area. We’ll commune with the Source of All and the natural world through singing, meditation, prayers and a Torah discussion. (We will begin our walk and services outdoors, but if it is too chilly we will move indoors for our Torah discussion.) You may find a peace and connection with Shabbat and Judaism you haven’t found in traditional services.

Please RSVP at rabbi@mayantikvah.org.

Location note: This is a different trailhead than used in the past. For this event, park on the side of the road near the aqueduct.

Inclement weather may also cancel this event or change the location. In the event of cancellation, all who have registered will be notified.
