Raymond Arsenault recently wrote the first full-length biography of John L. Lewis, a civil rights activist and leading legislator in fighting for a more just American society. Lewis defined his vision as the “Beloved Community,” an ideal society based upon ideals and practices of equality and inclusion. This program invites us all to consider Lewis’s America, as history and as an argument about what we want America to be.

Colette Phillips is an iconic cultural change catalyst, DE&I pioneer, thought leader, innovator, practical visionary, influencer, PR and marketing maven, social commentator, philanthropist, serial entrepreneur and uber connector.

Copies of Ray Arsenault’s newest book, a Lewis biography, “In Search of the Beloved Community,” will be available for purchase.
