Reading Hebrew (and Liking It!) – with Michael Singer
Sunday afternoons, 2:30-4:00pm, October 11 – November 22, at CDT 60 Highland Street West Newton (in the upstairs library)
Cost: $130 (members); $180 (non-members)
This fall, expand your Hebrew knowledge in Michael Singer’s participatory, relaxed, and fun Hebrew reading course. This class is primarily for adults at an advanced-beginner level of reading Hebrew (i.e., knowledge of the aleph-bet and the vowels, but little or no vocabulary knowledge). The goals of this course are: to strengthen students’ Hebrew reading fluency in prayerbook/rabbinic Hebrew, and to deepen students’ knowledge of Hebrew vocabulary, grammar, and verbs. If you have any questions, please email Michael at msinger620@gmail.com.
