Riverway Bake Night, Scones Edition

Join Riverway for a night of baking, connection, and community! We’ll be making scones and limonana (mint lemonade).

Ingredients needed to make a classic cream scone:

  • 2 cups/240g cake flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp/8g baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp/37g sugar, more for sprinkling
  • 5 Tbsp/71g  cold butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ to ¾ cup heavy cream, more for brushing
  • Assorted flavorings and mix-in

Limonana:

Fresh lemon or lemon juice, Sugar (granulated or similar), Bunch of fresh mint Water Ice is desired.
