Led by Sara Gardner, a published cookbook author and food historian specializing in the culinary heritage and cultural identity of the Sephardic Jewish community, we will learn how to cook these diverse and flavorful dishes, as well as the history and culture of the communities that prepare them. It’s a great way to put a diaspora-inspired spin on your Shabbos meal.
