How do you want to spend your life over the next 25 or 30 years?

Those of us in our fifties to seventies are part of an extraordinary,
history-making generation: pioneers in understanding and making the
most of this “third chapter” of life, filled with potential for
learning, growth and new levels of mutual support. The Wise Aging program (created by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality) brings Jewish tradition and contemporary practices of spiritual and physical wellness to enhance our later years with spirit, resilience, and wisdom. Two experienced and beloved teachers in the field of Jewish education will be leading a six session course based on the Wise Aging program at Ohabei Shalom.

This evening we invite you to come and hear about this program and to meet the co-facilitators, Penina Adelman and Judy Elkin.
