Join us as we spend a morning focused on health and healing. Whether we’re chasing toddlers or tackling a long to-do list, it’s easy to lose sight of taking care of ourselves.
We’ll learn effective tips and techniques for taking care of our hearts, minds and bodies, and also hear how our involvement with CJP can help heal the world. We’ll sample nutritious and delicious brunch foods and fresh juices and hear from a panel of health professionals during a discussion moderated by Deborah Kotz from The Boston Globe. This is a “brunch and learn” event for young women in their 30s and 40s.
Brunch will be served. Dietary laws will be observed.
