The knish king of Boston, Steven Peljovich from Michael’s Deli in Brookline, teaches Vilna young professionals to make the king of Jewish dumplings—the knish. From traditional potato to out-of-the-box extraordinary gefilte fish, learn what makes the knish a traditional Jewish food. Walk away proud with handmade, delicious, warm knishes made by none other than yourself! The event includes a sampling of knishes as well as a workshop.
This gastro-centric learning features the best of Jewish culture and cuisine! Workshops are hands-on, so come ready to roll up your sleeves and cook. Leave with a deeper understanding of the origins of specific foods and some tasty treats for home.
Only 25 spots, so register early! This is a young adult program. Please only register if you are in your 20s or 30s.+ More... - Less...
