Leket Israel is the national food bank of Israel. It collects surplus food from over 800 sources—including farms, hotels, cafeterias, and army bases—and delivers it to over 346 nonprofit partners, serving over 470,000 people every week. One quarter of Israelis—including Holocaust survivors, families, immigrants and vulnerable children—struggle to access nutritious food.
