The pandemic has impacted everyone’s life, presenting challenges as well as opportunities. Over the course of six weeks, we will combine Jewish mindfulness with middot (character traits) to explore how habitual ways of acting and thinking impact us and how we can learn to notice them while connecting to Jewish values.

The course content will help lead you to more awareness of yourself and others. The class includes mindfulness, middot, text study and discussion.

This virtual class will meet on Zoom and is considered a “cohort” class, with the intention that participants attend all six sessions.
