Join the Arava Institute, Hebrew College, the Israeli-American Council, and CJP’s CommUNITY Israel Dialogue for an afternoon of discussion and exploration facilitated by Facing History and Ourselves.

We’ll welcome Shadi Shiha, a Jordanian-Palestinian, and Eve Tendler, an Israeli, as they discuss their work to protect the region’s fragile environment. We’ll also explore the narratives about the relationship between Israelis and Palestinians. Too often, it is defined by headlines of conflict and confrontation, yet, beyond the news, there are Israelis and Palestinians working together to solve regional environmental challenges and improve lives.

Light refreshments will be provided. Dietary laws will be observed.

This is a free event; registration is requested.
