Yom HaShoah marks the commemoration of the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust. It is our sacred duty to maintain public consciousness and to honor those who were killed, the survivors, and their families.

Yom HaShoah compels us to speak out against rising extremism and antisemitism in all forms, whenever and wherever it occurs.

Speakers include:

  • Rick Mann, co-chair, Yom HaShoah Commemoration Committee
  • Janet Stein Calm, president, Association of Jewish Holocaust Survivors and Descendants of Greater Boston
  • Ambassador Meron Reuben, Consul General of Israel to New England
  • Dr. Sonja Kreibich, Consul General of Germany to New England States
  • Lora Tarlin, director, Schechter Holocaust Services
  • Lev Igolnikov, Holocaust survivor

After the completion of the program, guests are invited to visit the New England Holocaust Memorial for remarks by Rabbi Marc Baker, president and CEO of Combined Jewish Philanthropies, and a moment of silence.

Boston location provided upon RSVP.
