Do you wish you had more understanding of traditional Jewish texts’ commentary on LGBTQ life? Are you challenged by Torah and what it says about your life as a queer person? Join Boston QJW (Keshet’s community for lesbian/queer Jewish women and their friends) for an intimate evening of ice cream (g’lida) and insight with Rabbi Adina Lewittes!

Rabbi Lewittes will infuse traditional text with her modern scholarship and teach how we have not just an ethical imperative, but also a halachic imperative, to embrace LGBTQ people in all facets of Jewish life. This event will be in a community member’s home, and space is limited, so be sure to RSVP ASAP!

MBTA accessible. A dairy-free option will be available.
