Fargesn (Yiddish: v. forgotten) http://www.fargesn.com/

Mark MLK Day with stories we refuse to forget. Join Boston Workmen’s Circle, Keshet and Moishe Kavod House for a screening of the Fargesn Media Project web series. After the death of Michael Brown, the international media descended on St. Louis to spin their own narrative of what was happening on the ground.

The Fargesn Media Project, created in 2015, tells stories of local people and uplifts the voices and history of Ferguson. The project highlights the stories of women, black youth, Jews of color and interfaith coalition work, and LGBTQ activists.

MBTA accessible, kosher food and all-gender bathrooms. Not wheelchair accessible.
