Why did Moshe get so stuck on his speech impediment, and what made him finally get past it? Together, we will discuss how all communication, whether divine or human, is ultimately a matter of translation.

Meaning, it is the task of bridging the gap between the different internal cognitive worlds of any two individuals. Starting with a few basic texts around this week’s parsha, we will explore some rarely examined fundamental questions about how we communicate, and why someone (like Moshe) might have seen how we communicate as fundamentally flawed.

Location: Private home in Newton.
