Join us over the next four months for something different! While we live in a society where stress is the norm, learn a different way to de-stress within a Jewish framework!
We’ll be gathering to learn meditation techniques and Jewish texts that can guide us in our daily living in relationship to ourselves, each other, and the Divine.
This group is for anyone, from beginner to experienced meditators. Each session will build upon the previous, but you’re welcome to try out just one session or join us for all four.
Each session will have a 25-minute guided meditation, a short learning, singing, and time for group reflection and individual sharing. All of this will be followed by tea, schmoozing and more!
