This concert-lecture of Yiddish and English poetry was composed in response to the infamous Scottsboro trials—a famous miscarriage of American justice leading to the birth of the American civil rights movement (“To Kill a Mockingbird,” anyone?). Featuring Anthony Russell, Heather Klein, Amelia Glaser and Uri Shreter.

It’s going to be moving, edifying and awesome. Reception with light bites and open top-shelf bar follows the performance.

While this is a free concert, we would appreciate if you would make a donation. Your contributions help to underwrite these programs.
