CJP’s Pomegranate Society and Friends invites you to our fundraising event to celebrate friendship, cultivate new connections, recognize the impact and growth you make possible through your generosity, and to support the community you love.

During one of the most challenging times in recent memory for Israel and the Jewish people, something incredible emerged: a resilient community, a powerful community emboldened by our identity, a community that’s dedicated to a blossoming Jewish future.

The evening will feature our very special guest, Juju Chang, the Emmy Award-winning co-anchor of ABC News’ Nightline and one of the most prominent Asian Americans in broadcast news.

In this highly personal talk, Juju will share her journey to Judaism and Jewish identity and discuss the historical parallels between Asian hate and antisemitism.

We’ll also hear from CJP president and CEO Rabbi Marc Baker and Women’s Philanthropy leadership on the importance of the Annual Campaign and how your support plays an integral role in the growth of our community.

Heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served. Dietary laws will be observed.

If you have any questions or special accommodations, please email Marcie at marciek@cjp.org.

The Pomegranate Society is for female-identifying philanthropists who give $1,800 or more to CJP’s Annual Campaign. Hosted by the society, this event is open to all women on the path to Pomegranate Society.
