Mark Dyen is an energy efficiency and renewable energy advocate and retired energy efficiency entrepreneur. As an advocate since the early 1970s, Mark was involved in the creation and adoption of energy policy reforms, including the creation of Mass Save, reforms in electric rate design and adoption of consumer protections, such as the law that forbids utility shut-offs during the winter.
