Professor Karen Frostig, a public memory artist and grand-daughter of Holocaust victims, will discuss her process of developing two memorial projects in Austria and Latvia. Karen will draw comparisons between her work in Austria and Latvia and her work as a professor of public art in the United States. In the final session, she will focus on current issues of systemic racism, including the removal of confederate statues in the United States.

Please note: This class is best experienced through participation in all three sessions. However, if you are unable to attend all three, there is the option to register for a single session.
