The Ride & Stride for Food challenges teams of bike riders and walkers to raise money to support those facing food insecurity in our communities. In Massachusetts, one in three households and children are impacted by hunger every day. The Ride & Stride for Food’s goal is to support those struggling, while building a community of hunger relief partners and raising awareness of this critical issue.

The JF&CS Family Table team is excited to participate in the 15th annual Ride & Stride for Food.

Ways to participate:

  • 5K/3-mile walking course (all ages welcome; everyone aged 15+ must register and meet fundraising minimums)
  • 25-mile, 50-mile or century ride (100K/62.5 miles) cycling route options (ages 14+)
  • Virtual “Off the Beaten Path” option: Choose any activity to complete at a time of your choosing and dedicate your fundraising to Family Table

Fundraising minimum: $350 ($1,500 raised earns an awesome cycling jersey or alternate item!)

Your donation goes directly to Family Table to help people who are struggling to feed themselves and their families. With your help, Family Table will provide fresh fruits and vegetables, whole-grain products and other healthy foods to more than 700 families every month in the coming year.
