Shira Yoga is a weekly class at Down Under Yoga in Brookline that integrates movement, Jewish texts, and intricate global Jewish music. Drawing inspiration from the beautiful, sustained culture of Jews from North Africa, the Middle East, India, and beyond–this class will provide a flexible space for yogis of all levels to explore the richness of Jewish creativity and spirituality through the body.
