Tashlich at Temple Shir Tikva

September 25, 2014

With the sacred task of transmitting Jewish values to our kids, Tashlich is an excellent hands-on opportunity to teach them about forgiveness and saying your sorry. During Tashlich, it is customary to symbolically cast away our sins and wrongdoings by throwing bread into a body of moving water. Join us in the Shir Tikva lobby as we walk to the creek at Camp Chickamee for reflective prayer and singing – as we work to understand our mistakes and promise to do better next year.

Welcome to Temple Shir Tikva, your Jewish home in MetroWest Boston. We hope you’ll meet new friends and feel right at home in our community. We can’t wait to meet you!
