Come to Temple Israel for Thank Goodness It’s Shabbat (TGIS) on the first and third Saturday of each month. TGIS is a special service for anyone between the ages of 6 days and 6 years and includes dancing, singing, playing and praying. Beloved local children’s musician Wayne Potash will lead the service along with a member of Temple Israel’s clergy.

Music begins at 10 a.m. and ends around 11 a.m. with a festive kiddush and more singing with Wayne.
