In part two of our Kitchen Exploration series, join WBUR reporter Shira Springer, Mamaleh’s co-owner Rachel Miller Munzer, Boston University’s Met College gastronomy program director Megan Elias, and JArts executive director Laura Mandel to explore the complex and delicious history of Jewish food in Boston. We will discuss Boston’s Jewish markets and restaurants, explore local interpretations of contemporary Jewish food and bring attention to the history of communities in transition.

Food will be provided by Mamaleh’s. Beer and wine will be served.

This event is sold out but there is a waiting list—put your name on it here.

In partnership with the BU gastronomy department, supported by a grant from the Jewish Cultural Endowment of the Elie Wiesel Center for Jewish Studies at Boston University.
