Lexington author Helen Epstein, author of “Children of the Holocaust: Conversations with Sons and Daughters of Survivors” and “Where She Came From: A Daughter’s Search for her Mother’s History,” will discuss her research and the process she used to recreate the lives of three generations in her family of Central European Jewish women.
She will also discuss “A Jewish Athlete” and how she traced her paternal family history, including her father, who was an Olympic athlete right before the Holocaust. Helen is a former NYU journalism professor and a popular speaker.
