We are so excited for this amazing cooking class perfect for our Yisod 20s and 30s community! Join us for this special cooking series with Israeli chef Gal Reshef. In each session, we will learn how to make a delicious Israeli meal and will then sit down and enjoy the feast together. At the end of every session, you’ll go home with a full belly, recipe cards, and the skills to dazzle your friends and family!

Session I: March 30, 2023

Shakshuka dinner (GF option):

  • Shakshuka (poached eggs in tomato sauce)
  • Israeli chopped salad
  • Tahini sauce
  • Served with challah (pre-made)

Session II: May 4, 2023

Za’atar mezze dinner (GF option):

  • Za’atar-roasted carrots with labneh
  • Za’atar roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce
  • Baked feta with honey and za’atar
  • Homemade pita chips

Session III: June 1, 2023

Burekas dinner (no GF option):

  • Cheese-filled burekas
  • Greek salad
  • Tahini sauce in three different flavors (regular, beet and green tahini)
