Chef Einat Admony is alternately no-nonsense, funny, gruff, kind, and warm. She’s also incredibly gifted, effortlessly (to the untrained eye) creating Israeli food on the U.S. East Coast that transports us to the Mediterranean.

Before she cooked dinner for 75 of israel360’s closest friends, Einat sat down with us to discuss her personal history, food as a cultural ambassador, and her favorite Israeli foods.
