Einat Admony sat down with israel360 for a podcast before she cooked a phenomenal dinner for 80 of our closest friends at an event in Boston Public Market’s downtown demo kitchen. Among the highlights: the best pita we’ve ever eaten, a garlic-laden (in a good way) Moroccan fish recipe, exceptional hummus, and a fabulous vegan dessert (she agreed to make it vegan for us…thanks, Einat!).
