Staci Rosenthal uses her anthropological research in Jerusalem to uncover stories of Jewish pregnancies in hiding, in ghettos, and in concentration camps throughout Europe during World War II.  We will explore how these stories reflect different notions of “survival” and “choice,” and how they affect the shaping of Holocaust stories today.  We invite the community to join us.
