Join this special Pride-themed event in Dayenu’s Chutzpah campaign to organize for a just and livable future! Keshet is proud to be partnering with Dayenu and the Environmental Voter Project to get out the vote.
We’ll ground ourselves in Jewish wisdom from an LGBTQ+ speaker, go over the scripts and phone banking system we’ll be using, then get to work calling voters. We’ll enjoy live music from an LGBTQ+ musician too! Pride-inspired attire welcome.
At this shift, we’re turning out climate voters in Maine, because we know that primary elections see lower voter turnout. When fewer voters turn out, elections can result in governments that don’t reflect the community, even as these elections have an enormous impact on daily life and implementing climate policy.
All you need to participate is a phone (landline or cell), web-enabled computer or tablet, and yourself. Automatic live captioning will be provided in Zoom.
