Join Or HaLev and Rabbi Benjamin Barnett for a four-part contemplative journey through Elul, exploring teshuvah through meditation, sacred chanting, journaling and reflection. Together, participants will cultivate clarity, compassion, honesty and forgiveness while reflecting on their lives and intentions for the year ahead.
Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike, the series offers a welcoming space for spiritual exploration and growth within a Jewish framework.
Sessions will be recorded for those who cannot make the live sessions.
