Rosh Hashanah, we meditated. Yom Kippur, we fasted. On Sukkot, we feasted. Now it’s time to dance, say l’chaim and be merry!
Join us for an epic young professionals Simchat Torah on the rooftop of 118 Beacon St. (Fisher College), overlooking the Charles River.
Simchat Torah means “Rejoicing with the Torah.” This holiday celebrates and marks the conclusion of the yearly cycle of the weekly Shabbat Torah readings and the beginning of the new Torah cycle. It’s traditionally observed with great joy, singing and dancing. It’s a one-day holiday immediately following Sukkot.
